Our items are sent using the Royal Mail delivery services, First Class, First Class Recorded/Signed For and Special Delivery. These options are available during the checkout process. Delivery charges to any U.K. address are as follows:

Up to 4 items:
Royal Mail First Class £3.00
Royal Mail Recorded/Signed For £4.10
Royal Mail Special Delivery £6.95

4 items and above:
Royal Mail First Class £6.85
Royal Mail Recorded/Signed For £7.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery £8.25

International Tracked and Signed
International Shipping  - Europe

Up to 4 items £8.70
4 items and above £10.15

International Shipping - Rest of the World:

Up to 4 items £10.05
4 items and above £12.90

We ask that should your item exceed a value of £100 you consider using Royal Mail Special Delivery for security purposes.

Delivery estimates for Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail First Class Recorded are provided by Royal Mail and we do not accept any responsibility for delay to delivery caused by The Royal Mail. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery service you must use Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm.

We dispatch orders 5 days per week. 99% of the time we have items in stock for next day delivery, however occasionally there may be a small delay whilst more stock is acquired. You will be informed of any delays once your order is placed or on request via email.

All handmade pieces require a 10 day creation period, so please add 10 days to your expected dispatch. If you require your headpiece sooner, then please contact us, as we can accommodate rush orders at an additional cost.

If you have selected the Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery options you can track your item online (Royal Mail Recorded delivery items can only be tracked once delivered). Click the link below to go to the Royal Mail website. You will need the tracking number for the parcel, which can be obtained on request by emailing support@eleanorwhichello.com.

Problems and Returns:

We provide full customer support in the rare cases when problems arise. When you ship as many items as us occasionally things can go wrong. Occasionally descriptions can contain errors, or very occasionally there is a faulty product.

In the unlikely case that you have a problem please email the support department using the email address provided on the contact page. Please note this is an email only department.

How do I return my item?

Firstly, we are sorry you want to return your item and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

In order to return your item please log your return on our online RMA system here: http://www.mysupportsite.co.uk/OWM/return_services.php

To register your return and generate the RMA code click: "Register new return/Generate new RMA code".  Once you have logged your return please print the RMA form and include it with your return.  Please print the RMA code on the outside of the envelope along with the address.  

Once you have returned the item please register the tracking number with your return by logging in with the returns code and your email address.

You can check the status of your return at any time by logging into the system using your RMA code and email address, which will also be emailed to you.

We apologise for the inconvenience and will process your return as quickly as possible.
